Supervising Case Manager
Supervising a team of approximately 10-15 direct care staff whom work with developmentally disabled adults that are living in their own homes. Involved with all aspects of supervision including: hiring and interviewing, training and supervision, billing as well as termination. Also work with clients at meeting and establishing their
ISP and IPP goals and as a liaison to ALTA regional center.

October 2000-June 2001 ACES Counseling, Eugene OR
Alcohol and Drug Counselor
Facilitated groups of 20-30 DUI offenders aimed at changing problematic addictions or behaviors through the use of education as well as group support. Also performed a minimum of three assessments weekly of new clients based upon DSM-IV criteria to determine levels of addiction or substance abuse.

April 1998-October 2000 Central Valley Autism Project, Clarksburg, CA
Lovaas Trained Behavioral Autism Tutor
Tutored a four year old autistic boy using behavioral intervention methods developed by Dr. Lovaas of UCLA. This was a direct care service position which included bimonthly trainings on behavioral modification skills and drills to use as well as attendance of the
Autism Conference.
