Plus One Lap used to be all about cyclocross, now it's my dumping grounds for anything cycling.
The V brakes you linked won't work on a cyclocross bike. You need mini-V brakes to work with road lever geometry (or one of a couple of hacks to make them work). Which, by the way, are also much cheaper than the fancy TRP version.
